In Lesson 1 you will learn the technique of In order to achieve the results quickly, it is very important to learn how to do it right. Don’t you worry. The technique is simple to master. Before the course ends you will know it by heart.

Lesson 2 is all about the power of the Now moment. Surely, you have heard about being in the present moment. These days, there is a lot of talk about it, especially in yoga and meditation. The truth is, not many people have been able to achieve and experience this state of mind. Words struggle to explain it but one can surely feel it. will help you to enter the Now moment with little or no effort. Your body will deeply relax and your nervous system will calm down just in a few minutes.

In Lesson 3 we will work on self-confidence. helps you build it in a simple and easy way while working on a very deep level with your subconsciousness.

Lesson 4 addresses the fear of flying. There was a time when I was very much afraid of airplanes but now I enjoy being airborne. This lesson will equip you with an express technique which you can use right in the airport before the flight.

Lesson 5 will work with your fear of public speaking. If you are about to skip it, don’t rush. This is not just about being on TV or on a big stage. Even saying a toast at your friends’ wedding can cause anxiety as this is already a small public speech. If you are familiar with the queasy feeling in your stomach, sweaty palms, a dry throat when you are about to start speaking, will help you fix it. By the way, you can use the same technique to address any other fears you may have.

Lesson 6 is designed to help the victims of insomnia. You will sleep as a baby again. I will show you how it works right in the lesson as it’s meant to send you to sleep in just a few minutes.

Lesson 7 introduces you to an advanced version of With time, our brain gets used to the practice and it may not give you the same mind-blowing effect anymore. This is normal as our brain naturally always wants new challenges. Luckily, there are many versions of which you can practice over time. Over the years and after over 1000 hours of breathing I have also come up with Ultra which I teach in private sessions.

No props required. Find a quiet spot for your practice. Once you have learnt the technique you will be able to do it wherever you are but for your lessons please make sure you can focus on your breath. There are no health restrictions for this course but you must not have taken alcohol in the last 8 hours before your lesson. The intensity of your practice depends on your own preference. You can adjust your breath to your own comfort level.
