Hi everyone, just wanted to emphasize on the importance of nasal breathing. Your nose is the most advanced organ in your body, it performs 30 different functions. It moists and it cleans the air that your breathe, it filters the dust, viruses and parasites. During the current situation related to the “You know what” , avoid mouth breathing, especially when you are out in the public, like trains and busses. Just be “in your nose” or “at the tip of your nose” all day long. It is healthy for both our mind and your body.
