BOOKING SESSIONS and EVENTS IN ADVANCE

You may book in advance for private breathing sessions, webinars, workshops and other events organised by Formulatelife Ltd via feodorkouznetsov.com website.
All bookings must be made online through purchase on the website.
If the calendar is booked out, you may reserve your place on the waiting list for the occasions when there are last-minute cancellations. Email me@feodorkouznetsov.com to reserve your place on the waiting list.

SESSIONS & COURSES: CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel a 121 breathing session up to 48 hours beforehand and receive a full refund. To cancel your session please email me@feodorkouznetsov.com and insert SESSION CANCELLATION REQUEST in the Subject line. If you do not cancel, the session will not be refunded.
You may re-schedule your 121 breathing session without incurring any additional charges up to 48 hours beforehand.
Feodor Kouznetsov reserves the right to cancel the session at any time. If the session is cancelled prior to the starting time, it may be rescheduled and if students cannot attend the new session, 100% refunds will be made, or they will be offered the option of being transferred to another session or course of equal value.
If you would like to give your session to another client you must email us at me@feodorkouznetsov.com with their name to update the records and to ensure they have signed the waiver.
All online courses purchased online are non-refundable.

LATE-COMERS POLICY

If you are late for your 121 session, it will have to stop at the time specified in your booking.
If you are running late for your breathing session and would like to re-schedule (in the 48 hrs before the session is scheduled to begin), you will be asked to pay the additional charge of 50% of the session’s price value. We will generate an additional invoice for you to pay this charge once you have sent us the request to re-schedule.

You understand that you may receive recommendations to enhance or correct your breathing rhythm during class by the coach. You will take accountability for alerting the coach of any impairment or underlying health condition in advance before your private session begins.
You knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may have against Feodor Kouznetsov and Formulatelife Ltd for damages that you may sustain as a result of participating in the sessions and online course and/or practising breathing with the formula.life mobile app.
You, your heirs or legal representatives forever release waive, discharge and covenant not to sue for any injury or accident caused by their negligence or other acts.
