How it works
This is not hypnosis. You remain fully conscious and aware throughout the entire session — listening, observing changes in your body as they happen in real time.
I work with my voice — precise commands directed straight to the nervous system. People feel changes immediately: warmth, release, relief in places where tension has been held for years.
Developed over years of personal practice managing Ankylosing Spondylitis. Especially effective for autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, and deep nervous system dysregulation.
