I live with AS —
and I know how to stay in remission.
I share what genuinely worked for me.
I don't promise "cures". AS is with me, and I still get pain sometimes. But I am 100% off medication since 2016. Оver 10+ years I built a system that helps me manage my state: breathing, triggers, nervous system, and inner work.

How I see it
4 pillars of remission
Not a medical protocol, and not a "magic fix". It's my lived experience: what reduced flares and improved stability for me. I can help you build your version — carefully and honestly.
My story (short)
The disease didn't disappear.
But my trajectory did.
I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis in 2012. I went through "why me?", medication, fear, and trying to find the root.
Over time I saw patterns: what triggers flares, what helps, and what doesn't work for me.
Today I live without constant medication (by my choice and responsibility). Pain still happens — and I know how to return to stability.
Important: I'm not replacing medicine or arguing with doctors. I share my self-regulation path and lived experience.
